The Seller agrees to:

Provide all documents: Title Deed, Rates Clearance, ZIMRA Tax Clearance and City Council Compliance Certificate.
Allow reasonable access for viewings with 24hr notice.
Disclose all defects.
Not withdraw the property during the Sole Mandate period without penalty.

The Agent agrees to:

Only a written offer signed by the Seller is binding. The Agent cannot bind the Seller.

This mandate may be terminated in writing with 7 days notice.

If a buyer introduced by the Agent buys within 90 days after termination, commission remains due and payable to the Agent.
